We invite all fully vaccinated individuals to join us in person for a Contemplative Eucharist, at 7:30 am each Wednesday.
Following new guidelines from the Governor, St. Peter’s is now open at capacity for in-person worship for all fully vaccinated persons. We are now able to gather inside, to sing, to take communion together, and to drink from a common cup.
In order to keep everyone safe, however, we will ask for proof that worshipers are fully vaccinated before joining in-person worship. (The CDC considers a person fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving the second of the two shots of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or the single shot of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.)
You will only need to show this proof once:
We are mindful that there are persons for whom the vaccine is not yet available, medically contraindicated, or eschewed. If this applies to you, contact our rector (rector.stpetersrockland@gmail.com or 207-594-8191), because there are ways we can reach out to you, be with you, pray with you, and bring you communion without endangering you.
