We will celebrate the Season of Creation beginning Sunday, September 7 and continuing through Sunday, October 5.
As we focus on rhythms and patterns of life, we note that fall is quickly approaching. We are now entering the Season of Creation where we join with Christians around the world to celebrate in prayer and action our Gospel calling to protect the Earth that God entrusted to our care.
Here is a resource from our diocese for helping us focus our prayer lives and actions on the ways our Creator is calling us to grow in faith. Simply reading this resource will be an education in eco-justice but praying it will move mountains! May these prayers and readings deepen our response to the living God and strengthen our resolve to follow Jesus in this critical time for all of Creation.
